Giff Property Services has been a fixture in the Eastern Nebraska commercial real estate market since 2005. Founded by Marty Giff, who has appraised commercial real estate in Nebraska and Iowa since 1986, the firm has built its reputation on report quality, professional integrity, and deep regional knowledge.
Our clients include state and municipal agencies, commercial lenders, law firms, and private investors who require defensible, USPAP-compliant appraisals from a firm with institutional-quality standards and the efficiency of an independent practice.
A small firm means a credentialed appraiser works your file directly – not a junior staff member. That accountability is reflected in every report we deliver.
Work With UsDirect access to the appraiser on every assignment. Your report is prepared and signed by a credentialed professional with deep market knowledge.
